Adults take one (1) capsule daily  or as directed by a health care professional. Do not exceed recommended dose. As a reminder, discuss the supplements and medications that you take with your health care providers.

Discontinue use and call a physician or licensed qualified health care professional immediately if you experience rapid heartbeat, dizziness, blurred vision or other similar symptoms.
