- Vitamin C is essential for connective tissue, bones, cartilage, skin, immune system function.
- Zinc for all cellular growth, essential for the immune system, needed for carbohydrate metabolism because of role as co-factor in insulin production.
- Vitamin D for bones and teeth, needed for the absorption of Calcium.
- Bioflavonoids, Rutin, Hesperidin – work synergistically with Vitamin C to promote integrity and strength of tissues.

For children 1-3 years of age, chew one (1) wafer daily with breakfast. For children 4-8 years of age, chew two (2) wafers daily with breakfast. Dosage may be increased as directed by a healthcare practitioner. For children ages 9 and older, Michael’s® Pre-Teen and Teen Multi Vitamins are available.
